How to Get Rid of Cold Sores


You can often tell when a cold soar is about to appear

 

You feel a  tingling sensation and you feel a swelling around your lip but it’s still not visible at this point but not for long!. Soon a blister will develop, crack open and leave you with a nasty looking red scab which is not appealing in the slightest. Petroleum-based product such as Pure petroleum jelly will seal the area around the cold sore and allow faster healing as it protects it from external stimulus.

 

So What about avoiding the things which trigger Cold sores. It is though the following things can act as triggers

Stress

Anxiety

Menstruation

Acidic foods

Extreme weather exposure (e.g. very cold winds)
